Refunds & Cancellations

This policy explains how refunds, failed payments, cancellations, and plan expiry work for Our Family: Tree Maker paid plans operated by Thumbeja Publicity.

Digital Subscription Access

Our Family: Tree Maker paid plans from Thumbeja Publicity provide digital access to expanded family tree features and higher member limits during the active plan period.

Cancellations

Paid plans are one-time payment orders. There is no automatic renewal at this time, so users do not need to cancel recurring billing. When the plan period ends, the account returns to the free plan limits unless a new plan is purchased.

Refund Requests

Refund requests should be raised within 7 calendar days from the payment date by emailing info@thumbeja.com, calling +91 63669 83700, or submitting a support request inside the app.

Please include the registered email or phone number, payment date, amount, payment/order reference if available, and the reason for the refund request. We acknowledge support and refund complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days from receipt.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be approved for duplicate payments, failed payment cases where money was debited but paid access was not provided, incorrect plan activation caused by a verified technical issue, or other genuine payment errors.

Because paid access is delivered digitally after payment confirmation, refund requests may be declined after the paid features have been used, except where required by applicable law or where we confirm a payment, access, or technical error.

Failed or Abandoned Payments

If a payment fails or is abandoned before completion, paid access is not activated. If money is debited for a failed payment, the refund or reversal is handled by the payment provider and banking network timelines.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, we will initiate it through Razorpay to the original payment method where possible within 7 working days from approval. After initiation, normal banking and payment network timelines apply, and it may take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer's bank account, card balance, or UPI-linked account.

Approved refunds may also remove or reduce paid plan access associated with that payment.
